It is shaped like an "upside-down wine glass." The top has a "UFO" shape and snaps on and off via plastic fasteners for filling. The bottom is stamped (in the wood) with "DENMARK JHQ" and the stainless mill base reads "Peugeot --?--" and appears to have Jens Quistgaard's signature over the word "LION".
