I’m not keeping track too closely, but sometime over the weekend I sold my 100th copy the Danish Pepper book. The book went on sale on 5/15 and I’ve been overwhelmed with the positive feedback. I’m no publishing magnate, but it seems that averaging 2.5 books a day with no retail distribution is pretty good. I think this is a great indication of the pent up demand for information about the work of Jens Quistgaard.
The purpose of this blog isn’t to brag about my sales figures, but this is very exciting to me. So here’s a big “thank you” to my first 100 customers.
Wow, what a wonderful thing you have done for us collectors. I am also writting two books. Danish modern and Retro style and design. Both of which will show folks how to collect and redecorate on a dime. Thank you for inspiring me. Cheers to you, Carin.
