For the second year in a row, the Herman Miller Select program has come out with a special, limited edition product just in time for the holiday season. Last year it was the cowhide Eames LCW chair. This year it’s a set of 3 tops. Inspired by the Eames Walnut Stools that have been popular since their introduction in 1960, these 3 designer tops are carved from a solid piece of walnut. Charles and Ray Eames were real believers in the power of toys to educated and inspire kids of all ages, and these little kinetic sculptures are no exception. A great extension of the Herman Miller and Eames brand, these are a fun addition to what I hope will become a long lasting tradition.
