Long time collector Oysterbay is selling off some of his collection and currently has a few super rare mills up for auction.
Here’s my two favorites. The top one is cocobolo and the bottom wenge.
I hope to find them for myself, someday!

It’s a nice selection. If all of the mills sell, it would be tempting to sell… I’m pretty sure two of my 824s predate the one he has listed for $200.
I’m fond of these two you picked out. Definitely the rarest of what he has up for sale. A bit too heady for me to bid, though. On another note, the vintage for these two is well established, since they appear in the 1964 “Meet Wenge…” ad. I think that only ran in the New Yorker once.
I just noticed that the link leaves off one auction, which isn’t anything special, but for completeness sake:

For the record, the wenge mill sold for $726 and the cocobolo one sold for $698.
The next Wright auction has a collection of 60 mills, mostly Dansk but also Nissen and Digsmed, that is pretty spectacular.

Wow, that’s a nice collection. Some of the pieces rarely come up for auction. And there’s at least one Dansk mill (820) in there that I’ve never seen on eBay.
