I found this vintage Quistgaard bowl at a local shop and it has a somewhat unusual mark. Not sure if I’ve seen the bowl before, or if I have seen this mark before. Let me know in the comments if I’m just crazy after seeing too many teak bowls.

The I means J in Danish. I think the I and J signify a before after date, I think the I is later, but I am not sure- I hope I am wrong.(designers initials) I have a model 830 salt/pepper combo mill with a Peugeot grinder – it looks like an upside down Martini glass.

Thanks for the responses. To be clear, though, it is this particular mark that I haven’t seen before. I’ve seen many, many Dansk marks but this one is designed a bit differently.
Picked up the same bowl recently and I, too, thought the mark was unusual. Did you ever learn anything more about it?
