I don’t know about you, but it’s not even Thanksgiving and I’ve gotten dozens of holiday catalogs in the mail.
But when I got the new DWR catalog, the cover photo jumped straight into my cerebral cortex’s vintage station wagon and mid-century architecture pleasure center. Wow, what an amazing shot. The Egg chair on top of the car is just brilliant. The rest of the catalog is filled with many other great photos as well.
From their blog posting, you learn that’s an Armonk, New York home designed by Arthur Witthoefft. I assume it’s somewhat close to the home JHQ designed in the same town.
