Seen at Monument on Valencia here in San Francisco is this rare double decker salad bowl. It’s really two salad bowls put together like a hamburger bun. There’s interlocking lips on the edges of the two so it is clear this is how it’s supposed to work. I’m not quite sure of the thinking behind this design but it is quite striking and architectural.
You can find the bowls individually but it is very rare to see them together like this.
